All auction items are used; therefore, sold “as is”. Items may have

damage from use and age. There are no returns, refunds, or

exchanges. We offer no warranties, either expressed or implied.

  1. It is the bidders’ responsibility to view the items carefully before placing a bid.

  2. All bids must be in increments of $1.00

  3. You must be a registered bidder to bid in the open auction.

  4. Open bidding will end the day before the close of the auction.

  5. On the day the auction closes, sealed bids will be accepted – you do not need to register to make a silent bid.

  6. We will attempt to call you once to let you know you were a successful bidder. If we cannot reach you, you will not be contacted again. It is then your responsibility to see if you are a winning bidder.

  7. Successful bidders must pick up their item within 5 business days from the end of the auction. Please note: we do not ship or mail. Either you, or a person authorized by you, must pick up the item.

  8. Applicable taxes will be charged – no discounts will be given.
